This hotel is a great value for money. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure guests have a pleasant stay. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the main avenue, where you'll find all the action in town. Plus, it's close to the restaurants and attractions we wanted to visit. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with well-working AC and a shower. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it's included and definitely not your typical continental breakfast.

The hotel's location is perfect for those who want to be so close to all the action in town but just on the outskirts for a quieter evening. it's close to a nice beach and offers multilingual staff with impeccable service. the rooms are spotless, huge and have balconies with luxurious mattresses and soft pillows, which are perfect after a long day. Lastly, although not the best breakfast, they offer quick bites to get back out on your adventure.

The elevators have yet to be installed, making a seven-story hotel quite a physical challenge for someone who is not physically fit or disabled.

The Sunrise 42 Suites Hotel was a great find for our stay in Playa del Carmen. The location was perfect, very close to the bustling 5th avenue, where we found plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. We were also pleased to discover that the hotel was conveniently located near the pier for the ferry to Cozumel, making it easy for us to plan a day trip to the island.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of great dining options and just a few blocks from the beach. The room was spacious with a nice shower.

The breakfast was not good. The extras have to be paid for, the juices are cheap, and the cheese is melting because of the temperature.

Great location, clean rooms, and helpful staff. We had a minor issue with the hot water in our first room, but the receptionist quickly arranged for us to move to a different room. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus, offering a stunning view of the surroundings. I will definitely recommend Sunrise 42 Suites for a comfortable stay.
